I had the distinguished honor of representing the Sociology Department at Cal Sate University, Dominguez Hills at Preview Day 2013. I organized tabling with two Sociology students from the department, and then planned, coordinated and facilitated a Student Forum for Sociology Majors, where current Sociology students were able to talk to and with in-coming students for Fall 2013. The Forum was standing-room only and was one of the best attended workshops of the day. Thanks to all the students involved!
In the Fall of 2011, I took a Sociology class from the University of Southern California on a field trip to Occupy Los Angeles. Here is a video synopsis of the trip.
